You will want to focus on the "white carbs." This means no rice, no pasta, no potatoes and no bread. The carbs you consume from veggies are great, so don't stress about it. The most important thing is removing white carbs which are the real problem when it comes to fat loss.
2. Eat Slow Carbs Instead
When you are cutting out white carbs from your diet you are going to want to replace them with slow carbs. Slow carbs raise your blood sure at a much slower rate and provide a good amount of energy without adding on fat. Some good examples of slow carbs are black beans, lentils, kidney beans and veggies. 3. Day 7 Eat What You want
On day 7 (mine is on Sunday) give your mind and your body a much needed break. You heard me right, you get to eat what you like (within moderation). This is very important if you plan on sticking with this simple diet. Second and even more important, is that it keeps your body and metabolism confused. This actually equals greater fat loss in the long run.
